Objectifs Lovin' Local Film Fund: 3688
Death by box office is a perennial bugbear of local film directors. There are many reasons why a local film might struggle in the box office, including the surge of alternative entertainment options, and the small advertising and promotion budgets of local films. Many independent films also find that they need to overcome the stigma that a "made-in-Singapore" film is not as good as one from another country.
The Objectifs Lovin' Local Film Fund is our attempt in saying, "give a Singapore film a shot"! We're putting aside our own funds to purchase tickets for every independent local film made over the next year. Our only request is that after you watch the film, please help us spread the word about the film, by sharing your movie-going experience or thoughts on the film on any social media platform (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
If you've already enjoyed a local film as part of our Lovin' Local Film fund, thank you for your support! We hope that you will show your love for Singapore films by buying a ticket for the screening and encourage families/friends who have not watched local films to join us for a complimentary ticket this time.
This week, we are giving away tickets for:
3688, DIR. BY ROYSTON TAN
The screening is at Golden Village Plaza Singapura, 13 Oct (Tue) at 135pm.

Please note our T&Cs below.
*Terms & Conditions:
1) Each registrant is allowed a max. of 2 tickets. Tickets will be given out on a first-come-first-served basis.
2) If you can't make it, please cancel your registration or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can give your tickets to others. You can transfer your tickets to another person.
3) We will be there 30 min before the screening time (i.e. 1pm for this round) and will leave 10 min before the screening time (i.e. 120pm). We will NOT wait for latecomers. Please look out for Objectifs staff standing by the entrance/near box office area for ticket collection. We will be holding a sign "Objectifs".
4) Please note that if you are a "no show" without informing us or canceling your tickets ahead, you will not be allowed to claim tickets for subsequent Lovin' Local Film screenings.
We hope to eventually grow this humble effort and get more individuals to watch Singapore-made films, as well as corporate donors/groups to organise bigger film screenings. We also hope to be able to extend free tickets to charity organisations. If you'd like to get involved, drop us a note at email@example.com.
