One of the most complex yet misused spirits, the production and consumption of agave has a beautiful, authentic tradition that is barely known outside of Mexico. Join the 28 Hong Kong Street team in exploring this misunderstood spirit, taste some authentic, rare expressions of Tequila and Mezcal, and learn how to make some tasty contemporary cocktails.
