Introduction to CrochetDuration: 15-20 minutes Description: Participants will be introduced to the basics of crochet, like how to hold their crochet hook and yarn, how to match hook size to yarn type, and how to choose yarn. 2. Basic Crochet Stitches Duration: 30-60 minutes (depending on class size)Description: Participants will learn how to make basic crochet stitches such as the chain stitch, the single crochet, and the double crochet. Techniques such as changing yarn colours and shaping projects will also be taught. These stitches will be used later in the class for a mini project. 3. Beginners ProjectDuration: 45-60 minutes (depending on class size)Description: Participants will make their own fruit coasters (coasters that look like various fruit eg watermelons, apples, oranges) using stitches learnt.
