Pinbone Popup at Meatsmith 6th September
Known for being young, fun and creative! Sydney based collaborative PinBone are coming to Singapore todo their much talked about pop up at Meatsmith.
Driven by two respected Australian chefs Mike Eggert and Jemma Whiteman, (both coming from great culinary backgrounds such as Sepia, Billy Kwong, Ester, The Three Blue Ducks and Momofuku Siebo) and front of house Berri Eggert (Bar at the end of the Wharf and Moncur Terrace)
Mike’s collaboration with Jemma Whiteman 2 years ago resulted in various pop-up ventures and eventuated in a permanent/pop up restaurant PinBone at the old Buzo site. Their emphasis is on fun and interesting food in a relaxed sharing environment.
The PinBone team are jumping at the chance to be cooking with the “Southern Pride” smokers and to turn out a very experimental and technically exciting menu for Meatsmith.

Steamed oyster, smoked lardo, garlic stem
Beef tongue, black bean, chili vineagr
Smoked and fried chicken dark meat with Shiso and garlic
Chilli Pickled cucumber and mint (side salad to go with chicken)
Smoked split pigs head with pickled mustard greens
lamb rib, jackfruit caramel
Root vegetable gratin (side)
Creamed corn (side)
Coconut and banana sundae
