This includes programs on personal well-being, building the sense of belonging, and gamified learning & development throughout the employee lifecycle. Our goal in the organisation is to make Oracle the best place for one to excel in by bringing in their true self.Joseph Che works at Oracle Asia Research & Development Center (OARDC), and has over the years, took on various roles in product engineering, DevOps and Agile project management. Currently, he functions as the project lead for an APAC regional team to drive emerging technologies, business development and customer adoption for Cloud technologies. Sujatha Sureshkumar joined Oracle Singapore as an ADW consultant and she is currently pursuing Masters of IT in Business Analytics at SMU (Analytics) and have exposure in various domains as HRMS (employee appraisal systems), e-commerce/logistics and hospitality. Venturing into data science in HR and hospitality domains are her primary focus.  She’s passionate about learning new technologies and building methodologies for optimization.
