Comedy on heels is a stand-up comedy show starring
Kristel Zweers from Netherlands, Sharul Channa from Singapore and Joanna Sio
from Hong Kong. This show will be hosted by stand-up comedian Rishi Budhrani.

Kristel
Zweers started her professional comedy career in 2001 in The Netherlands. After
3 solo shows and several TV appearances she followed her heart to Singapore
where she first started to perform in English. Her straight- forwardness and
'no nonsense' comedy style were received with enthusiasm and have taken her to
China, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Sri Lanka and Australia.

Sio
Joanna
Sio, one of the featured comedians in Comedy Central Asia, has performed all
over the world: Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia,
Singapore, and the Netherlands. She was invited to perform in the
Melbourne International Comedy Festival 2015, as part of the inaugural
Comedy Zone Asia, a showcase of established and emerging comedy talents in
Asia.

Sharul
Channa was featured as Comedy Central Asia’s Stand-up Comedian of the Month
(January 2015) and is currently performing as part of Singapore International
Festival of Arts’s Kumar’s Living Together. She is also touring Malaysia as
part of an all female stand-up show called ‘Superkam 3’ this year and has
performed all over Asia - India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia and is
all set to perform in China and Philippines in September.

Rishi
made history in 2012 by becoming the first Singaporean stand-up comedian to win
the Hong Kong International Comedy Competition.
He also
headlined a show, Sons of Singapore, at the Sydney Comedy Festival, with two
other comics, and performed at Dream Academy's Happy Ever Laughter at The
Esplanade.
