Join us to answer all your queries on post natal fitness! Jean Ang, a certified TCM Physician will be sharing on how acupuncture helps in weight management and treating post-partum hormonal imbalance leading to issues such as post-natal blues and weight issues .

I Rene Pung, a certified Pilates Instructor and mother of 3 kids will touch on some common post-natal issues and explaining how pilates exercise can help to prevent these issues. She will also be sharing her own experience during her 3 pregnancies and how pilates helped her rehabilatate her pelvic floor muscles, address diastasis recti and improve her upper body strength to counteract bad posture due to breastfeeding and caring for her new born.

*limited to 6 participants for reformer class.
Note:For participants who had a c-section ( less than 3 month ) , please check with your gynaecologist for clearance to exercise.
