His blisters grew bigger, he was exhausted and battled anxiety attacks afraid he wouldn’t be able to reach his destination. He was facing the fear of failure. During these days he learned several personal leadership lessons, which not only helped him to complete the walk, but also changed his life. Before becoming Associate Director at Procter & Gamble Asia, he worked in high profile regional roles with Air Liquide and Wella in Germany and Thailand. Joerg walked the Camino De Santiago (Jakobsweg) in 2012. The journey changed his life. The lessons he learned not only helped him to complete the walk but gave him the courage to leave his safe and successful career at Procter & Gamble to follow his passion to become a leadership development coach.Joerg holds a Mechanical Engineering degree with the Technical University in Chemnitz, Germany and graduated from the Coach-U Institute as a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
