StepUp Presents: SG50 ~ A Dance Journey is StepUp Learning & Dance's inaugural dance recital happening on 29th August 2015, at University Cultural Centre Theatre, National University of Singapore. Showtime for the recital commences from 7:30 pm and ends at 9:00 pm.Riding on the high of our nation's birthday bash celebrations on 9th August, this performance will feature a myriad of dance styles comprising of Ballet, Hip Hop and Jazz, and audiences will hear familiar tunes in the dances that our instructors have choreographed that will resonate with them and drive home the recital theme of SG50. Featuring StepUp's very own students aged 5 and above, our very first major scale performance will indeed add another dimension in our dancer's portfolio, with the exposure and experience gained guaranteed to serve them well in their personal dance journeys. So come on down this end August to celebrate our dancers' maiden performance and enjoy the spectacle that we have in store for you. See you then! Addition Information for Ticket Buyers: 1) Purchase of tickets are on a first come first serve basis. The first level tickets refers to the Stalls seats, while the second level seats refer to the Circle seats. Once the Stalls seats are sold out, ticket buyers can only purchase the Circle tickets. 2) Seating allocation will be on a first come first serve basis, thus we encourage event goers to be punctual. Registration and entry to theatre will commence from 6:45 pm. 3) All children aged 3 to 12, will be required to purchase a child ticket. No hand carrying of children is allowed for performance, and all event attendees must have their own seats. The organiser reserves the right to check the ID where needed and we seek the audience's kind understanding in this matter. 4) Children below age 3 will not be encouraged to attend this event, and we seek the audience's kind understanding and compliance. 5) The recital will begin at 7:30 pm sharp, and any latecomers will be barred from entry until the intermission which is at 8:15 pm.6) No photography and videography is permitted at this event. 7) No food and drinks are allowed inside the theatre. 8) Any gifts or flowers will be deposited at the registration counter, and can be collected after the show.
