Earn Your Armour (Malaysia) Challenge 3


Participate in free workout sessions conducted by Elements Gym across the next 6 weeks at the Elements Gym, G Tower KL. Throughout the challenge you will gain encouragement and training tips from Harrison Jub, head coach from Elements Gym who will be with you every step of the way, pushing you to Earn Your Armour.

CrossFit GTX Challenge

Workout of the Day One (As fast as possible): 6.00pm

1. 100 x Skipping

2. 80 x Deadlifts

3. 50 x Knee Raises

4. 30 x Box Jumps

Workout of the Day Two (As many reps as possible): 7.00pm

1. “CINDY” in 20 minutes

2. 5 x Pull ups

3. 10 x Push ups

4. 15 x Air Squats

Under Armour makes all athletes better. Earn Your Armour Challenge 3 provides free sessions for participants. The session will feature a specially coached session by Elements Gym trainer, Harrison Jub.
