This month's meet up will focus on how team can use statistical process control chart (SPCC) to guide continuous improvement and measure performance of processes in a production system. SPCC was originally created by Walter Shewhart and is a favorite tool of Edward Deming.The use of SPCC allows team to analyze if process is under control and to respond by adjusting parameters to correct or improve the performance. It also allows team to predict the future performance of the process.
