Pasqual’s has always been a place of gathering for Madisonians and the surrounding communities. We have kept our time honored and loved recipes the same, while chef/owner Benjamin Roberts has added a few new things to add flavor and excitement to the mouth and soul. Our friends keep coming back and new friends are made, whether it’s for Madison’s favorite half price margaritas on Tuesday night or to fulfill a craving for red chile sauce.
