About the instructor:
Gadi's yoga journey began in 2008 at Yoga to the People in NY and California. For two years he taught power vinyasa and managed his own studio, before heading to Singapore via Bali. Studying under Patrick Creelman and working at Pure Yoga in Singapore led Gadi to a deep exploration and subsequent redefinition of himself as both teacher and student. In his 4 years at Pure, Gadi mentored new teachers and taught a multitude of styles including hot, dynamic, static and healing - from beginner to advanced.
Gadi's classes are energetic, upbeat and challenging. Based around a core theme, each class incorporates biomechanical principles of alignment to build strength, create mobility, and rehabilitate the body with intelligence. The aim is for students to utilise the benefits of their yoga practice to deal with difficult situations and ultimately create balance in their daily lives.
