The grand annual dinner is JAGONG’s premier event, featuring opportunity for Malaysians with connections to Japan, and Japanese with strong interests in Malaysia, to meet and strengthen connections. The dinner aims to allow JAGONG members to network (with more than just a handshake), be entertained and, gain important insights.
(2) Dress code: Smart Casual
(3) Number of invited guests: 80 guests (tentative)
Malaysians and Japanese with strong interest in strengthening connections are cordially invited to join
*Standard participation:6000Yen, students:4500Yen (purchase made using Peatix site, click "GET TICKET", before 9th January, 2013)
(4) Program:
7:00 to 7:30pm: Registration & Reception
7:40 to 7:50pm: Greetings & Introduction
7:50 to 8:30pm: Dinner
7:50 to 8:15pm: Introduction on Malaysia, JAGONG, etc
8:15 to 8:40pm: Performances (Traditional & modern songs/ensemble, magic show)
8:40 to 9:10pm: Lucky draw (tentative prizes include electronic items of more than 20,000Yen (iPad mini, iPod, Nintendo 3DS, Wii console and many more), facial treatment valued at 20,000Yen, gift cards from 2000Yen, dinner vouchers from 2000Yen)
9:10 pm to 9:20pm: Closing ceremony
9:20 to 10:00pm: Free communications

The Jagong Forum will strive to provide a flexible, user friendly platform to connect all types of Malaysian graduates from Japan over the last 50 years, current Malaysian students in Japan, as well as Malaysians with connections to Japan in one form or another, and Malaysians with strong interests in Japan. We also invite Japanese who have close relationship with Malaysia to join as members. We currently stand at more than 1,600 members.
The Jagong Forum will strive to provide a flexible, user friendly platform to connect all types of Malaysian graduates from Japan over the last 50 years, current Malaysian students in Japan, as well as Malaysians with connections to Japan in one form or another, and Malaysians with strong interests in Japan. ** Cancellation policy: Any cancellation on day of event and one day before event will not be refunded. All cancellations (for refunds) must be done 2 days (16th January, 2013 (23:59pm) before the event, and 15% will be deducted for administration fees).
