MAJULAH! Celebrate Singapore through architecture

Description
The MAJULAH! walking tours charts Singapore's progress through its architecture in the Bugis - Golden Mile stretch. It is a tribute to our city's hardworking people - from the planners to the builders. Held in April 2015 in remembrance of Mr. Lee Kuan Yew, a great man who always moved onward.

  • Shaw Towers by Iversen Van Sitteren & Partners
  • The Concourse by Paul Rudolph and Architects 61
  • The Gateway by I M Pei
  • Bugis Junction by DP Architects
  • Parkview Square by James Adams Design and DP Architects
  • Tan Quee Lan Suites (restored pre-WWII shophouses). Restoration by WOHA
  • Duo by Büro Ole Scheeren (under construction)
IMPORTANT NOTES
  • Tours start at 745AM in the early morning.
  • Tours end by 915AM at Bugis MRT. You can leave the tour at any point.
  • Tickets are fully refunded when you show up.
    (Unfortunately there were too many no-shows when we made them free with no deposit.)
