Planning for failure

Planning for failure in your startup is not planning to fail

The sad reality is that many startups will fail and evidence shows that you are 6 times more likely to fail than you are to succeed. Given these numbers, it shows the importance of having a plan, just in case things don't work out. It's also said that you can fail many times, you only need to succeed once. This is why it is so important to plan for failure.

Join this session which will share many of the first had tips that every founder should know, from someone that has seen the best and the worst of different outcomes.

3 key take aways for attendees:
- Using your board of directors
- Insolvency, how to test for it and what to do about it
- Protecting yourself so you can try again
