Lou Dela Pena,
Chief Executive Officer, Publicis Singapore
Lou knows a thing or two about leading. Working with brands such as Singapore Airlines, HSBC, Corona, Lexus, Coca-Cola, Nokia, Shell, Procter & Gamble, Sanofi, and Audi, Lou’s portfolio draws 18 years of brand leadership — and a successful career in propelling corporate giants in the industry. She was awarded the “Account/Business Development Person of the Year” by Campaign Asia in 2007 for leading 2 of the region’s most competitive pitches as the General Manager of TBWA\ Group Singapore: Singapore Airlines and Sentosa Resorts World. Prior to this, she was the International Business Director for Nokia at Bates, rolling out global campaigns across 12 markets in Asia Pacific and creating up to 20 integrated campaigns per year. She was also the Global Brand Leader of Singapore Airlines for 7 years.
And with great leadership, comes great responsibility. Her work in propelling global brand success is a direct correlation to her success as a team leader. Her portfolio outlines successful campaigns driven across regional teams spread out across the world. As Chief Executive of Publicis Singapore, she oversees a team of 107. With such a competitive track record in the advertising world, it must be interesting to learn how such leaders stay grounded?
Join us at the upcoming CreativeMornings and find out what Lou will be sharing in light of this month’s theme: “Humility”.

The Singapore Art Museum (SAM) advocates and presents contemporary art practices of Singapore and the Southeast Asian region. Housed in a restored 19th century mission school, SAM has amassed one of the world's largest public collections of modern and contemporary Southeast Asian artworks. With Singapore becoming a global city for the arts, SAM's international networks bring about a confluence of ideas, and create a dynamic arts scene invigorated by international flows of ideas, talents, knowledge and resources. Through the Museum's exhibition programmes as well as its education and public programmes which cover a diversity of art trends and practices, fringe activities and public lectures, SAM promotes awareness and appreciation of contemporary art and encourages the growth of an active and stimulating cultural environment in Singapore.
