Everyone knows how to use salt - sprinkle it on food to make things taste delicious. But what about using salt to make food taste sour, or as a plate? Come down to The Growell Pop Up​ as we have a workshop on salt - using it to ferment cucumber into pickles, cure salmon, and plate food. $30 per person, price includes a salt block of your very own, a delicious afternoon snack that you learn to make yourself.

*Price includes an appetiser size salt block and covers the cost of ingredients.
