For the first time ever in sunny Penang Island, from the producer of Anime Festival Asia, comes the first ever outdoor anisong party, the summer party of Anime Matsuri! Happening in the heart of Penang, Georgetown, expect an exciting 2-day event with power-packed activities such as Akihabara X town, Creators Market, Cosplay Celebrities, Japan Food, Outdoor Anisong concert & party and a good chance to showcase your beautiful yukata!

PAMSUMMER 2015 will have the indoor exhibition area in Dewan Sri Pinang and the outdoor anisong party on the Esplanade field (Padang Kota Lama).

Ticketing Terms & Conditions

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: General. This ticket is sold by the promoter, organizer and/or venue owner (“Provider”) of the event, show, match, conference, exhibition or venue specified on the face of this ticket (“Event”), subject to these terms and conditions. This ticket is non-transferable and shall not be resold or redistributed or remarketed without the prior written consent of the Provider.

Admission. A valid ticket must be produced for admission to the Event. A ticket obtained from any unauthorized ticket seller shall be deemed invalid. Prior to admission, the ticket holder may be required to:

a) show his/her identity pass or documentation for Events or tickets limited to a restricted audience or concessionary group;

(b) submit to a search for items prohibited by the Provider. Prohibited items found may be confiscated or destroyed. The ticket holder shall observe all age, height or other entry restrictions, and all other terms and conditions of the Event, published on the official Event website and/or the venue.

Photography, audio and video recording and streaming is strictly prohibited at any time during the concert.

The Provider may take photographs or recordings of the ticket holder at the Event and the ticket holder hereby consents to the use of his/her image or recording for any purpose. The Provider reserves the right to refuse entry or evict any person for violent, disruptive, abusive or inappropriate behavior, or if there is non-compliance with any of these terms and conditions and those stated within the Penang Anime Matsuri FAQ page, without refund.

Cancellation, Re-scheduling & Changes. The Provider may cancel, re-schedule and/or suspend any Event for any cause beyond its reasonable control. Any such cancellation, re-scheduling or suspension shall be handled in accordance with the standard policies of the Provider. The Provider may at any time, with or without prior notice, change or vary any part of the Event, including the performers, speakers, exhibits, timings, program and seating arrangements.

No Refunds & Exchanges. All tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise stated. Liability. Any claim, complaint or request in relation to an Event shall be directed to and handled by the Provider. All other terms and conditions of the Event, published on the official Event website and/or the venue apply. Peatix expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and all liabilities relating to or in connection with the Event or venue, including but not limited to any delay, changes, suspension, cancellation or re-scheduling of the Event, or any personal injury, death, accident, mishap or other occurrence arising at or in connection with the Event or venue.

This is a rain or shine event. No rain contingency plan will be carry out in the event of rain.
