EAT MOVE LOVE 2015 is all about a healthy lifestyle. What we do every day matters, especially when it is motivated by self-love because "change starts with me." When we have a self-care practice, we are better able to take care of others, as a parent, an adult child, or a professional caretaker and in any situation. When we are well, we can really enjoy the moments that matter, in all our relationships.

EAT MOVE LOVE 2015 starts March 14 with MarketPlace + Talks, followed by Evening Events series, 360 Wellness Conference, and an Equinox Celebrations Party. (Tickets sold separately)

SOUND HEALING MEDITATION

Science has shown that all matter is energy, just with moving at different vibrations and so we can effect through vibrations. Through entrainment, we are able to synchronize brainwaves with the resonance of Singing Bowls. Made of seven metals, Tibetan Singing Bowls create unique tones that help induce relaxation, an important part of healthcare for dealing with stress. The effects are not only physical as we have all felt the elation and lightness that comes from listening to music that we love or the deeper somber lows from melancholnic songs or those that hold sad memories for us.

Japanese Song-Writer and Sound Healer Izumi will give a sound meditation. She is a vortex of sound light and her voice is powerful and sublime. Her performing artist name, Otome Miko, means Virgo Woman of Sound Shaman. Izumi's latest albums include True Celebration of Light, Goddess, and The New Lemura. Izumi is also a certified of Quest Mastery and works with the Archangel Michael.

Join Antoinette of Inner Dynamics as she creates a sound bath for our whole body. Relax and unwind from the week past.

“If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can redress imbalances on every level of physiologic functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.”- Dr. Mitchell Gaynor, director of Medical Oncology and Integrative Medicine, the Cornell Cancer Prevention Center in New York
