Ever wondered why top MNCs like Barclays and BP have been consistently rated by graduates as their top choices of preferred employers in surveys such as Singapore’s 100 Leading Graduate Employers? Hear from representatives of these leading multinational companies share about their companies' diversity policies and their personal experiences in promoting allyship and creating inclusive communities at the workplace.
