SPEAKER :

Prof Jason Pomeroy is an award-winning UK registered architect and academic at the forefront of the sustainable built environment agenda. He graduated with distinction from Canterbury School of Architecture and Cambridge University, and is the Founding Principal of Pomeroy Studio. Projects of note transcend scale and discipline, and include Idea House, the first carbon zero prototype in Southeast Asia; and Nova by Century, the first zero carbon public realm in the Philippines.

He is the author of ‘Skycourt and Skygarden: Greening the Urban Habitat’ (2013) and ‘Idea House: Future Tropical Living Today’ (2010) and is a Special Professor at The University of Nottingham. He sits on the editorial board of the Council of Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat and is an active member of the Singapore Green Building Council. Jason is also the host of the "City Time Traveller”, a 12-part architecture travel TV series on Channel NewsAsia and was a featured speaker at the 2012 TEDx Singapore. He is also the recipient of the prestigious BCA-SGBC 2014 Young Green Advocate Award.

We're excited to hear from him this month and his take on our global theme 'Climate'.

NEW CHECK-IN PROCESS

To improve the check-in process, we will be using Peatix ColorSync. The best way to get checked in as fast as possible, is to install the Peatix app for Iphone / Ipad or Android, and login.

Once you arrive at the Singapore Art Museum, launch the Peatix app. It will immediately go to the CreativeMornings ticket screen and ask if you want to check-in. Once you have checked in, the background will start changing color. Just show the flashing screen to one of the organizers, and you can walk straight to the free coffee and breakfast.
