"PeaTix" Application is available for Smartphone. Ticket can be kept within the Application.

Cancellation Policy／キャンセルについて
If you wish to cancel the tickets purchased, please contact the Jamboree Office by e-mail. In the case of purchase by credit card, for a cancellation request made within 50 days of payment, a full refund will be provided. For a cancellation request made more than 50 days after payment, JPY 500 will be deducted from the refund. Please note that tickets can only be cancelled as per the quantity purchased. (For example, if you purchase 5 tickets at one time, you will not be able to cancel one of those tickets, you will have to cancel all 5 tickets.)

In addition, for a cancellation request made after the 1st of July, no refund will be provided. The Jamboree may be cancelled for compelling reasons such as an infectious disease or a natural disaster. In such case, tickets will not be refunded.
デイビジター申込後キャンセルが必要な場合は、メールにてジャンボリーオフィスまでご連絡ください。クレジットカード払いについては、決済日より５０日以内については全額、５０日以降については手数料５００円を差し引いた金額が返金されます。コンビニ・ＡＴＭからの支払いについては、返金手数料５００円を差し引いた額が返金されます。キャンセルは決済単位（注文単位）での受付となり、一部キャンセルは受付られませんので、ご注意ください（例：入場券を５枚購入し、その内１枚のみキャンセルしたい場合など）。また、キャンセル手続きには２〜３業務日必要となる場合がありますので、お早めのご連絡をお願いします。
