Using only fresh local produce and ingredients from the wet market, Chef Joseph Ong brings his experience eating at highly acclaimed restaurant Noma and staging at other less famous Danish restaurants to the grill in Singapore.

No, there will not be satay and chicken wings.

Bring your own alcohol, an open mind, and be ready to share!

Menu will contain the following:
Pork
Pork fat
Fish
Offal
Foraged ingredients
Substitutions may be made for dietary requirements if informed in advance and depending on complexity (pastafarians not welcome)
