How did it become Bag Day and we don't even have the bumpers built, electrical board wired, program written yet?! Has your team found itself saddled with this question? There are teams that get to the last day of build season with a very incomplete robot each year? Sometimes, the design was too ambitious. Sometimes, the team simply wasn't productive.


Become one of the teams that tests, de-bugs, tweaks, improves, and prepares drivers and scouts in the last weeks of build season instead of the one of the teams that works frantically to get a rolling chassis. Explore strategies for setting goals, planning time, and setting deadlines. Veterans and rookies can serve to share and discuss the best ways to make 6 weeks feel like more than 6 days.
