How to Run "The Meeting" (For Lead Mentors)

The robot's broken... and GO!
Description
Share ideas, discuss practices, and collaborate with other New York City lead mentors. Team meetings can be stressful and they can be disorganized. Meetings can also be the keystone for building a team culture of professionalism, respect, and creative problem-solving. The challenge often becomes designing the team culture and the team meeting structure that will encourage it.

Some teams begin meetings in a distinct way that builds community and helps to identify collective goals. Other teams prioritize sub-team camaraderie with their use of space, time, and responsibilities. Meeting structure plays a substantial role in building team energy and lead mentor must drive that structure.

What meeting strategies work well? What can be improved? Share your practices and explore new ideas.

Refreshments Provided.
