Our seminar is designed to enlighten you and give you further insight as we hand select 4 different categories for you to explore.

Wine is very versatile, either on its own or as an important ingredient to many delicious dishes. The word "marriage" encompasses the fusion of ingredients as one compliments the other, closely and intimately combined to deliver mouthwatering delights. Our seminar will teach you the importance of "marriage" in cooking together with the importance of wine selection giving you both guidance and appreciation of tastes, combinations and an overall understanding of how wine and food can come together to make an otherwise normal mean into something far more fantastic.
