ONEWorld Summit is a 2 day experience for young social changemakers - like you - who are looking to build their community, get involved with impactful organizations and learn something new. This year, ONEWorld Summit is taking place in 7 cities across the world - we invite you to join us for an action packed weekend in NYC.

As COO, César and his team vet thousands of projects per month and then facilitate purchase and delivery of materials to classrooms across the country. César brings over a decade of experience in building teams and running businesses smoothly.

Ayelet Baron, Chief Instigator at Simplifying Work

Ayelet Baron helps people thrive - she is a global executive who speaks, writes and consults people and organizations to gain a 21st century edge. Today, Ayelet is at the forefront of fixing what's broken in business. At Simplifying Work, she is focused on pioneering more people-centered ways to work that leverage new ways to connect, collaborate, and innovate. She co-founded #CreatingIs, a movement to enlist a new breed of leaders who are making a difference in their communities.

Mischa Byruck, Manager of Strategic Partnerships at DataKind

Mischa is the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at DataKind, an organization that uses Data Science to tackle humanity's greatest problems. As a social sector consultant, Mischa has worked globally on projects for organizations like the United Way, Oxfam, USAID, the United Nations and the Ford Foundation. He has helped launch and raise growth capital for over 70 new businesses. Mischa is a 2013 Coro Leader, a 2012 NYU Reynolds Fellow in Scaling Social Enterprises, and 2009 Wagner Scholar and a 2007 Nominee for CNN Hero of the Year.

Shana Dressler, Founder of Social Innovators Collective

Shana is the founder of the Social Innovators Collective and the director of the Maker's Institute. Shana produces workshops on social enterprise and nonprofit business development at General Assembly, Harvard's Social Enterprise Conference, Columbia and NYU's Social Enterprise Boot Camp, Brown University's A Better World by Design, and SVA's !impact Design for Social Change. She is also the creator and editor of the Social Good Guides, created to support social entrepreneurs, nonprofit founders and changemakers.

Ethan Wilkes, Chief Storyteller at Reboot

Ethan is Reboot's chief storyteller, responsible for communicating a vision of inclusive governance and equitable development to a global audience. Before Reboot, Ethan's work spanned four continents and 50 countries including advising the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on public diplomacy strategy during the 2008 Summer Olympic Games and working at the Office of Press and Public Diplomacy at the United States Mission to the United Nations.

Jennifer Thibault, Creative Manager at Reboot

Jen ensures the integrity of Reboot’s visual identity and helps oversee Reboot brand management and strategy. She sets and guides Reboot’s creative vision with a focus on designing clear, compelling, and impactful communications to express complex ideas. Jen has a robust background in brand strategy and graphic design that includes developing a brand system and collateral design for My Voice, an SMS-based social accountability platform for health + agriculture programs in Nigeria, and redesigning the visual interface of Pollwatch, a voter experience reporting app.

Jason Wisdom, co-founder at The Design Gym

Jason is the co-founder of the Design Gym, an organization that supports the building and growing of creative capacity in individuals and organizations through coaching and teaching.
