We have secured very experienced and qualified Zumba instructors and a great location only a few minutes walk from Shibuya Station ( HATCH B2F )
• CLASS TIME IS 7:00pm - 7:50pm (please arrive by 6:50 pm )
• Time will be available to change clothes before and after lesson
• 50 min of heart-pumping ZUMBA
• Bring Towel , Water Bottle , Comfortable clothing , sports shoes

Who Should Take Zumba?
Zumba is truly for anyone who can stand up and dance. And "dance" is a very liberal term here, as no dance experience or skills are necessary. People of all ages, shapes and sizes are welcome and encouraged to attend classes.
What to Expect in Zumba Class
The Zumba classes are an hour long. They begin with a dynamic warm-up and end with a cool down and some static stretching. The workout portion is broken down by song, each with a different dance routine.
What to Wear to Zumba Class
It's important to wear clothing that is moveable, breathable and will take the sweat away. Because of how popular the classes are, the room can heat up fast, so consider dressing in layers that you can remove. Also, sports or fitness shoes that allow you to pivot your feet easily.
What to Bring to Zumba Class
Bring a towel and a water bottle because you'll need them! And unlike some fitness classes, you'll have ample time to use these items. you will have a short 30- to 60-second break between songs.
Zumba For Beginners
iF You're a beginner , you can join any of the Zumba Fitness Classes. It will take most people a few classes before getting the hang of the class.
So don’t worry if there are some of the steps that you can’t catch during the first few classes. There is no wrong steps in Zumba as long as you don’t hurt yourself.
You just need to keep your body moving. Zumba is not about learning the dance for competition or for a performance.
Zumba is about having fun and have a great time, and getting a good workout in the process. So just let your hair down, have fun and enjoy the class.
You will also start to know how the instructors give the cues after a few classes and then you will find it easier to follow the class.
It is the same for most things. After a little while, as you do more, you will find it easier and easier to follow the Instructor.
Just give yourself about 5 to 10 sessions to get used to it.
