In this hands-on baking session, Chef Valerie will be teaching participants in baking the Checkerboard Cake. The class will be covering:-
1. Baking a chocolate sponge cake
2. Baking a vanilla sponge cake
3. Preparing vanilla diary cream
4. Preparing chocolate ganache glaze.
Participants will get to bring home the completed cake in a cake box provided.
