Are you ready to transform yourself?

Come join my friends and I in a Basic Hatha Yoga session every Sunday morning at UP Studio to invigorate your body and mind.

In this upcoming session we will be focusing on strengthening our core and back muscles and also opening up our hips and hip flexor muscles.

Learn the Basic Hatha Yoga postures and body alignment.

The Hatha Yoga postures practiced aim to improve your body's natural posture at rest, work and play, and thus will greatly benefit everyone from seasoned athletes to weekend warriors.


  • When: Sunday April 6, 11.00am-12.15am (Subsequent Sundays: 13, 20, 27 April)
  • Where: UP Studio, 15, Enggor Street Realty Centre, #08-02 (Next to Amara Hotel)
  • What: Please bring along an open mind, an empty stomach (you are recommended not to eat less than 2hrs before practice) and towels for your mat and face. Water and mats provided.
