Poached Salmon
A fillet of salmon, poached to perfection and served with perfect bed of vegetables. This classic dish is simple yet flavoursome. Definitely able to suit any taste bud, this dish is sure to bring the whole family together to have an amazing meal.



Chocolate Fondant
Cut the soft and delicate outside and chocolate lava will flow out. This simple treat is made with combining the simplest and most common ingredients and using the art of science to bake it to perfection. Serve with whip cream and icing sugar, you won’t regret it!
