What is Infrastructure Development?
It is a Value-add process of taking a piece of land that is already approved for development but without Services, put in the Infrastructure such as Road, Water, Sewerage, Drainage, Electricity.
What happen to the value of the land once the service are added in? It increases of course! And this increase in value is multiple folds.
Land without services, are usually not worth a lot, because it is not ready for physical construction.
Land with services typically we call them serviced land, can now be subdivided into smaller plots and are now ready for building construction according to its designated land use, and therefore is worth a lot more.
