PechaKucha Night Penang: Volume Two

Description

Hello again!

Following the very successful inaugural PechaKucha Night Penang in July, we now return again to town, this time at a different venue: Penang House of Music (hereafter PHOM).

First Time to PechaKucha?

PechaKucha (ペチャクチャ), literally chit-chat in Japanese is a presentation style in which 20 slides of still photos are shown for 20 seconds each, devised in February 2003 by Astrid Klein and Mark Dytham of Tokyo's Klein-Dytham Architecture (KDa). The format, which keeps presentations casual, concise and exhilarating powers multiple-speaker events called PechaKucha Nights (PKNs). Today, PKNs are held in nearly 1000 cities worldwide, with 10,000 PKNs been held and now we are in Penang!
