Week 1 ~ Mindful Eating on 14 September at 7:30pm to 9:00 pm

Mindful Eating (Nutrition)

  • Quick tips on mindful eating habits
  • Facts and myths surrounding mindful eating
  • Understanding portion sizes and Eating with Joy

Mindful Meditation of the Body and Feelings

  • Simple 10 minute meditation sessions to follow daily


Week 2 ~ Gut health and Balance on 21 September at 7:30pm to 9:00pm

Gut Health on digestive issues (Nutrition)

  • Digestive problems connected to stress
  • Prebiotics and probiotics
  • Food and mood connection

Coming into balance at all levels

  • Combination of energy healing with sound therapy to bring balance (emotionally, mentally)


Week 3 ~ Detoxification of body, mind and spirit on 28 September at 7:30pm to 9:00pm

Detoxification of the body (Nutrition)

  • Balancing the body’s Ph through food choice
  • Alkalise and cleanse diet for weight loss

Emotional Balance & Equipoise

  • Letting go of emotional issues that may be a hindrance to sustaining the weight loss
  • Seeking out underlying emotional or mental issues that weighs on physical well being


Week 4 ~ Lifestyle changes and tips for sustainable weight management on 5 October at 7:30pm to 9:00 pm

Lifestyle changes, changing the mental outlook to positively affect your physical well-being and tips for sustainable weight management (Nutrition)

  • Maintenance diet
  • Compensatory meals.

Nourishing your Well Being

  • Sustaining the Peace within
  • Walking Meditation and Earth Healing at The Healing Garden of Botanical Gardens (an outdoor activity) held at daytime, date to be confirmed later

Price : $300 for 6 hours over 4 weeks, with 1.5 hours per week on Nutrition, Mindfulness, Emotional balance that promotes Healing of mind, body and spirit.

Dates :14 September, 21 September, 28 September and 5 October (Every Thursday at 7.30pm to 9.00pm)
