Coaching to Become Better Managers

6 Essential Steps for Coaching Your Team

In his talk, Philippe Auvaro will share some of his insights on innovation. The sustained ability to innovate has become an even more critical factor for companies and businesses to succeed in an increasingly global market place. How is your team doing in this respect? How can you inspire, plan—and make innovation happen? Come and find out!

As Greg Story says—there's little room for followers in today's fast-paced world. Whatever your role, you are responsible for getting something done. And the way to meet that goal is to be a good coach. A manager can tell people what to do, when to do it, and how to do it—but only a good coach can motivate them to give the job their full attention. While others may point out problems, a coach is there to help solve them. Many in leadership positions will hold a carrot out for people to go after. But a coach will motivate the individual to achieve the highest performance possible.

Beer is to Belgium what wine is to France. With over 100 breweries producing more than 1,100 different beers, there is plenty to choose from! At our event you can enjoy Vedett, a premium pilsner beer and one Belgium's coolest beer brands—in production since the 1940s.
