Surround yourself with nature. Join our 2 hour outdoor pop-up dining experience with special guest chef Sce Hwai Phang (CY).

CY runs Garden to Table, an urban edible garden in Petaling Jaya, where she grows more than 200 types of edibles, ranging from herbs to vegetables and fruit trees, cooks and creates recipes with edibles from the garden, and educates people on sustainable gardening and cooking with edibles that they can grow.

Appetizer -
Fruit Rojak

MAIN -
1. Nasi Kerabu
served with grilled spiced chicken OR slow-cooked lamb rendang OR fried fish, and side dishes such as fresh ulam, acar, home-cured salted egg, fish crackers, sambal belacan and kerisik ikan (coconut fish flakes)
or
2. Nasi Dagang
served with gulai ikan tongkol, acar mentah, hard-boiled egg and fish crackers

Drink -
Lemongrass pandan tea OR Mulberry leaf and pandan tea
naturally sweetened with red dates and sugar dates

Dessert -
Sago Gula Melaka OR Pineapple Kaffir Lime Crumble Cake OR Coffee with Madeleine
