Krista Goon is a partner and co-owner at Redbox Studio, a company specialising in premium website design and marketing solutions. With more than 19 years of experience in copywriting, PR and marketing, Krista is regularly sought after to speak and present on technology, women and entrepreneurship. She is the co-founder of WomenBizSENSE, a women entrepreneur organisation in Penang. She was its president until 2016 and is currently its advisor. For her work in establishing a vibrant women entrepreneur community in Penang, she was nominated and shortlisted for the Great Women Of Our Time Awards in 2008. She is the author of “Web Wisdom: The Definitive Guide To Getting Customers With Your Website Even If They’re 10,000km Away”, a book she co-wrote with her business partner and husband, Nic Sim. Mei is both designer and entrepreneur who is currently the creative director of Asia Green Group - a development company. After employment at MTV International as a Graphic Interactive Designer in NYC, she came back to her hometown of Penang as a member of the executive management team in Asia Green Group. She is also the founder of Scoopoint- a modern and stylish co-working space in the central of Penang. The space formed with the mission of transforming how local people work and connecting each other in a creative way.

Mei graduated with honor with the Ringling College of Art & Design in Florida, USA. She would like to change the way people think about creativity and encourage people to follow their dreams & passion. She has been giving some talks on the importance of design thinking and branding.
