Oyakodon is a Japanese rice bowl dish, in which chicken is simmered in Warishita sauce, and then covered with egg to cook a little more. Finally, it’s served on top of a bowl of rice.
Warishita is one of the seasoning sauces that combine ingredients with other seasonings.
Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called “dashi” into softened miso paste. We add ingredients like vegetables and tofu for this soup.
