With more than 33,000 employees and around 5,100 branches in over 60 countries and territories around the world, The Adecco Group offers a wide variety of services that include temporary staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development, as well as outsourcing and consulting. The *CEO for One Month program is launched in 48 countries worldwide every year, and 48 youths are given a taste of running a multinational company, one of them becomes the global *CEO for One Month.

Who is Ee Lynn Tee?
Ee Lynn is currently the Adecco CEO for 1 Month Malaysia
2017. She was selected as 1 of the 48 CEO for One Month out of the 117,000
candidates that have applied worldwide. Her vision for the future of work is
connecting, scaling and unlocking talent across all of the countries through
technology, artificial intelligence and virtual reality. She is constantly
looking for unique experiences that will accelerate her growth in her career,
particularly in the field related to innovation. Her ambition is to become a
CEO of a multi-national conglomerate in the future.
Prior to
this, Ee Lynn was in the Innovation and Performance Management Unit under the
Group Strategy and Innovation department of Sime Darby Berhad. She is one of
the pioneer members of the Innovation unit formed in June 2015. Alongside
innovation thought leaders of the company, she assists in developing the robust
innovation roadmap that covers the strategy, governance framework, process,
talent and culture of Sime Darby Berhad. She focuses on collaborations with
leading innovation experts in the industry, partnerships with internal and
external stakeholders and the execution of innovation initiatives to foster and
create a holistic innovation ecosystem within the company.
Having
completed Genovasi’s Innovation Ambassador Development Programme (IADP), she is
a huge proponent of design thinking and uses the human-centric approach to
problem solving in her daily life. Leadership, building creative confidence in
others and empowering women to excel in the modern world are things that she
truly cares about. She hopes to be able to inspire others through the
philosophy of "knowing, doing and being."
She is
also a recipient of the Yayasan Sime Darby Full Scholarship and holds a
Bachelor of Economics and Finance from The University of Manchester. Outside of
work, you will find her running marathons, painting, travelling and
volunteering for non-profit organisations.
