Ever wondered about all of those extra bottles of booze at a bar that aren’t gin, vodka, rum, tequila or whiskey? You might have seen them dropped into cocktails but otherwise, talk about these odd concoctions are perceived to be reserved for conversations among “industry folk”. Not anymore!
With this 3rd and last instalment of our cocktail workshop series, you will get initiated in the mysterious world of Italian & French liqueurs, aperitifs and digestifs.
The workshop, headed by Head Mixologist of Lucky Bar, Darren Lim (Winner of artisanal Black Cow Vodka 2018 Competition), will last approximately 90 minutes and will include:
- History of Aperitifs and Digestifs
- Knowledge and Tasting on 3 Italian & 3 French liqueurs
- Hands-on with your own cocktail
- Q & A
