A Jovial Gathering
In collaboration with The U Factory, food stylist and photographer Elodie Bellegarde and photographer Denise Hung will be creating a special dinner as a physical representation of their inaugural cookbook.
Through this cookbook pre-launch, the duo aims to share insights to how they cook, in relation to how emotions/moods change the way we perceive food. The theme for the dinner would be wholesome food shared across the table over desserts and alcohol. The dishes are home-made with recipes from the upcoming cookbook.

About Elodie Bellegarde and Denise Hung
Elodie is a food writer, photographer and stylist originally from France. She graduated with a Masters in Culinary Arts in 2012 and lived in London for 8 years. She now resides in Singapore and works freelance.
Denise is a Malaysian-born pastry cook, vegan, self-taught photographer and food/lifestyle writer. A patisserie Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she lived and travelled in the United States for 2 years before returning to the sunny shores of Singapore. Currently, she is a pastry cook and social media marketer at a local cafe.
Their cookbook will be launched officially in April 2014, published by BooksActually.
