TEACHING WITH COMPASSION

In this 3 hour experiential workshop, we will practise ways to stay connected to ourselves and to the children in our classroom; explore alternatives to habits that serve to disconnect us such as criticising, judging, blaming, & demanding.

Introducing you to NVC skills that strengthen your ability to:
• establish safety, trust and respect in your relationships with your students
• Inspire voluntary co-operation in your classroom
• care for your needs and your children's needs without punishment or rewards
• integrate value and character building lessons through your daily classroom engagements.

Based on the work of Dr Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication" (NVC) www.cnvc.org

ABOUT PAULETTE BRAY-NARAI


Paulette is a parent, partner, and CNVC Internationally Certified NVC Trainer with a background in Psychology and Education. She has been in the field of education for over 25 years, teaching in schools in colleges. Paulette has trained extensively with Dr Marshall Rosenberg, the founder of Nonviolent Communication (“NVC”).

Paulette runs regular workshops and her experiences sharing CC span education settings for staff, students and parents, trainings for health professionals, families and couples. Paulette’s facilitation style is stimulating & supportive and activities are experiential and relevant.

This workshop will be held on Friday, 9 June 2017, from 2 PM to 5 PM. The location of this workshop is Trehaus Co-Work, #03-01, Claymore Connect Mall, 422 Orchard Road.

The price is $75 per person (Singapore Dollars).
