The Hatha Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is back again on popular demand! Zita Olah, who is also a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Vinyasa Movement Yoga teacher, will be conducting the class and sharing with us how to energize and balance yourself.
This 60-minute yoga class will include pranayama (known as a series of breathing exercises), asanas and relaxation. This set of exercises helps to build your core strength, balance your mind and spirit, and leave you feeling energized and ready to take on the challenges of the week.

Who should attend
Absolutely anyone! There are no limits, expectations or prerequisites for doing yoga, we get together and enjoy the time well spent on the mat – strictly judgement free!

What to bring
JustCo have free yoga mats to borrow for a class, but feel free to bring along your own yoga mat too.
Zita Olah is a Yoga Alliance certified Hatha Vinyasa Movement Yoga teacher looking to enjoy a good time together with everyone joining her practice.
