Hi all,

You have probably heard much from the news about Tyersall Learning Forest. The newly-opened extension of the Singapore Botanical Gardens features boardwalks and elevated walkways, through habitats ranging from freshwater forest wetland to a lowland rainforest.

That is where we will go next!

Join us for a walk with Alumni, Zhiqiang (27th Tahanner), who worked first-hand on the development of the Learning Forest. This will be a family-friendly and educational walk, approximately 1.5km.

Meet at 4pm at the new Visitor Services Counter for the Tyersall Learning Forest (see attached map). Call Zhiqiang (97310256) or Wan Lin (93897463) in case you are lost.

Update: We are changing the meeting point to Botanic Gardens Botany Centre visitor services counter, off Cluny Road, as there is more parking at that side. Pls meet there at 4pm. Call Zhiqiang (97310256) or Wan Lin (93897463) in case you are lost.

For those would like to like join for a picnic dinner after the hike, please get in touch separately!
