When we find ourselves at a decision crossroads, it can be tempting to look outward for others to dictate the course of action you 'should' take. Should is how others want us to show up in the world — how we’re supposed to think, what we ought to say, what we should or shouldn’t do. Instead, how can we look inward to arrive at the choice(s) we 'must' take, in order to stay true to ourselves and personal beliefs. Must is who we are, what we believe, and what we do when we are alone as our true selves. What if our work is a manifestation of our identity?
