What is the Leadership Challenge?

Backed by more than 30 years of original research and date from over three million leaders around the world, The Leadership Challenge is a comprehensive suite of products, programmes and services proven to assess and cultivate the leadership potential in every person, at every level, in every organisation. About the Trainer: Martin Tan

As a motivational speaker and leadership trainer over the past ten years, Martin has conducted leadership programmes for youths, educators and corporate organisations in countries such as Afghanistan, Australia, Philippines and Bhutan. He is one of 40 Certified Master Facilitators in the world for The Leadership Challenge and one of only seven in Asia.

Martin brings with him in his programmes experiences from a wide range of leadership role in sectors locally and worldwide, forming an unique perspective of cross-cultural and trans-generational opportunities.

Martin is the Founder of Institute of Societal Leadership and also the Co-Founder of Halogen Foundation Singapore, a not-for-profit youth leadership development organisation committed to inspire and influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well.
