A programmer by trade and passionate about system design and startups, Maz has over 5 years of experience in building softwares and web applications. Some of the startups he has helped build are CurrenSeek ( Help travellers find the best exchange rates ), serviceclicks (an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of services), TKT.my (A ticketing platform) and txn.my(payment gateway) as startup products and domnic.asia (A domain management system ) for Integricity Corporation among other numerous web applications and systems for various corporate clients.


He is currently with SEEK Asia, owner of jobstreet.com and jobsdb.com, helping the teams to adapt to start-up culture for better processes and faster delivery. Understanding agile methodologies to adopt in teams, building dev-ops culture, forming engineering teams with start-up mindsets, technically leading them are some of his daily tasks.

Working with both Startups and Enterprises, building the cultures for different types of companies gave him a unique perspective of Agile methodologies and how companies can be benefitted from them. He believes, having a strong Dev-ops mindset is only possible after adopting to agile methodologies and having a strong dev-ops mindset helps any team to deliver better products faster, which he strives to implement in any organization or team.
