Low Boon Seong (PMC) is a management consultant with over 15 years of experience implementing people and change management programme. Loh Oun Hean (RMC, ACTA) is an experienced Human Resource (HR) and Industrial Relations leader, whose career spanned over 30 years with key appointments in Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower, Maybank, Singapore Airlines and Deloitte Southeast Asia. He has consulted for several organisations and SMEs on human capital management, compensation and benefits design and performance management. He has served in the Industrial Relations Panel of the Singapore National Employers Federation and Employer Panel of the Industrial Arbitration Court, Singapore and is a Tripartite Mediation Advisor. He graduated with First Class Honors in Industrial Engineering from University of Melbourne and obtained his MSc in Industrial Relations from London School of Economics. He has also been serving as a member of the Judging Panel for the HR Awards (of the Singapore Human Resource Institute) since 2013.
Ken Goh (PCC, CSFC) is an established people developer who has over 15 years of professional experiences with MNCs, SMEs and public service agencies, across various functions in leading roles. He led teams to pioneer the coaching services of two career centres at Manulife Centre and Lifelong Learning Institute under the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). He specialises in talent acquisition, performance and leadership development and is certified in MBTI, SII, Extended DISC and EQi2.0 & EQi360. He is recognised as a thought leader in performance coaching, recruitment and career management and his past speaking engagements includes Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA), Lifelong Learning Institute, Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Singapore Arm Forces (SAF), Google, Contact Singapore, Mendaki Sense, Chinese Development Assistance Council (CDAC), Lifelong Learning Exploration Centre & Singapore Human Resource Institute (SHRI).
