spotlight. No later than 2018 all financial institutions have to introduce an
open standard for programming interfaces. “Bankinglicence light” will lower
restrictions for Swiss FinTechs compared to conventional banks in Switzerland.
Banking acts place relatively high requirements for FinTechs. These shall be
reduced and therefore pave the way for innovations and greater competition.
